FullSizeRenderNot going to spend a lot of time discussing food on this blog. Main goal is to have a diet that consists of about 50% protein, 30% Carbs, and 20% fat. I believe in the KISS philosophy (Keep It Simple Stupid), so my meals will consists of very similar things everyday with little variation.

Breakfast: 2 egg white omelette with sautéed onions and mushrooms, tablespoon of black beans and a sprinkle of cheese.
Lunch: 1 cup of raw vegetables, and a Whey protein shake
Snack: an apple
Dinner: will be different everyday.

I am not a nutritionist, but i have read a lot about diets and what you should eat and what you shouldn’t eat and feel they are pretty much all bullshit. What works for me is not going to work for someone else and vice versa. I also believe that weight loss needs to be combined with an extremely low calorie, high protein diet. so we will see what happens.
