So pull-up day again. getting stronger, but still frustrating.

So pull-up days consist of:

Chin-ups :: 3 sets of 10 (9,8,8)
Pull-ups narrow grip :: 3 sets of 10 (6,6,6)
Australian Pull-ups :: 3 sets of 10 (completed)
Hand stand Push-ups :: 3 sets of 10 (5,5,5)

Sooooo, getting stronger, just coming along slowly.
