So it’s the dreaded pull-up day, but a beautiful day outside so took the kiddo to the park and  did some pull-ups and chin-ups at the park while running around with my son.

After about an hour it was time to hit the gym and finish up the routine. Could have just completed it at the playground but their is something more motivational for me at the moment being in the gym. Maybe when I don’t feel ridiculous trying to get through the pull day, I will hang out and finish at the park.

Anyways, my mind was set at completing all of the pull-ups and chin-ups no matter how long it took. Wasn’t that bad, was able to complete everything in 6 sets. Started off strong and then just sort of dwindled.

Tomorrow is a stronger day.
