Here’s todays push-up workout. 3 sets of 10 for each variation with 45 second break between variation

  1. Dips
  2. Push-ups
  3. Triangle Push-ups
  4. Incline Push-ups
  5. Decline Push-ups
  6. Spiderman Push-ups
  7. Plank Push-ups
  8. Deep Push-ups (this is where you are on dumb-bells and take your chest all the way down).
  9. Wide Push-ups
  10. Typewriter Push-ups

It’s was a great workout today. Arms are totally fried.
