So after a very lax weekend of cheat meals and no exercise I am back on the diet and knocked out a push-up workout with some abs.
So todays meals consisted of:
Breakfast:: egg white omelette
Lunch: 1 cup of vegetable mix (broccoli, carrots and snow peas)
Whey protein shake
Snack: Gala apple
Dinner: skinless chicken breast and spinach salad.
