1lb skinless chicken thighs cut into cubes
Cook until golden brown
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs rice vinegar
1 Tbs Finely Chopped Garlic
1 Tbs Finely Chopped Ginger
1 Tbs Water
1 Tbs Brown Sugar
1 Tbs Flour or Cornstarch
2 Tbs sesame seeds
1Tbs Sesame Oil
Mix all ingredients for the sauce together while the chicken is cooking.
When the chicken has cooked thoroughly, pour sauce into pan and reduce heat. Let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve over 1 cup of shredded cabbage.
