Okay so today was pushups – did my usual 10 variations x 3 sets. I also decided to throw in some actual weights today. So I was able to knock out 3 sets of Bench Press, Incline, Decline and dumbbell flies. And I also did a max out on the bench out of curiosity since I haven’t worked out with weights in over a year. Maxed out at 205lbs, not bad for me at all.

After that I asked the trainer at the gym to do a body fat analysis. I am currently at 14.7% body fat, down from 20.2%.

6.7% to go to goal.
