yeah so back day translates into pull up, chin ups, australian pull ups and handstand push ups.

completed 3 sets of 10 on all. Took 6 sets for the handstand pull-ups and 4 sets for the chin-ups and pull ups, but definitely doing better than the 6 sets it originally took me. Also did three sets of five Dragon Flags.

Those are extremely hard. First time I tried one my feet hit the ground before I could even think about them falling. They are getting easier, but not by much.
