So a cheat day ended up being several. going to work on the boat is very difficult to keep the diet in check. On the flip-side if I have to climb up the mast to do some work, it is a work out in itself. NO EXCUSES.

Day 27 was actually yesterday. it was a pull-up kind of day and I almost did it in three sets. Only thing lacking was my pull-ups which i accomplished in a little over three sets with sets of 8, 8, 8 and 6.
