So still doing a lot of push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups. Getting a lot stronger. I need to find more challenging push-up combinations, kind of plateaued on the push-up thing. Pull-ups, I’ve come along way from when I started, which was about 6 to 8 sets just to complete a total of 30 of each variation. Now i’m at 3 sets for chin-ups and 3 sets for wide grip pull-ups. I have also added in towel assisted one handed pull-ups…..will be awhile before I can do more than 3 in a row.
Milestone reached:: 170lbs.
That would be 12 pounds from when I started this blog and 22 pounds in total. 5 more pounds to go.
