IMG_0209This is a single portion recipe that is pretty easy and nutritious.

15 peeled shrimp boiled
1/2 cup orange bell pepper
1/2 cup onion
1/2 serrano pepper diced
1 clove garlic crushed
1 tbs sesame oil.
1 tbs soy sauce

Heat oil in pan over medium high heat. Sauté onion, bell pepper, serrano pepper and garlic for 2 minutes. Add shrimp, sauté for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add soy sauce, mix to cover all ingredients and serve.
