Started my workout today with a Hot Yoga class. Very interesting and really pointed out a lot of weak spots that I need to work on. Really liked the flowing motion and the instructor kept us moving constantly. Was not prepared for the heat though.

Followed the yoga class up with pull-up workout and did a ton of stomach exercises between. Added in 3 sets of dragon flags with 4 reps in each set.
