Broiled Cod

4 oz of fresh cod
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1 heirloom tomato – sliced and chopped
8 pieces of asparagus
1 cup spinach
1 teaspoon mozzarella

Place rosemary on cod, top with one slide of tomato and mozzarella. Place in oven set to high broil. Broil until cheese begins to brown. Remove from oven. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and add asparagus for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse. 1 cup of spinach with the remainder of tomato. Add juice from one lemon wedge to everything and serve.
