Found some sandbags in the gym….fun day.

Dips:: 3×10 + 45lb
Push-ups:: 2×10 + 30lb sandbag
Triangle push-up:: 2×10 + 30lb sandbag
Wide push-up:: 2×10 + 30lb sandbag
Deep dumb bell push-up:: 2×10 + 30lb sandbag

Push-ups:: 1x to failure + 40lb sandbag (10)
Triangle push-up:: 1x to failure + 40lb sandbag (8)
Wide push-up:: 1x to failure + 40lb sandbag (9)
Deep dumb bell push-up:: 1×10 

Archer push-up:: 3×10
Typewriter push-up:: 3×10
Incline push-up:: 3×10
Decline push-up:: 3×10
Spider push-up:: 3×10
Planche push-up:: 3×10

Think I’m going to feel it tomorrow.
