So took a little mini vacation and lost 4 days of training, at least at the gym. A lot of outdoor work had to be taken care of, plus a lot of relaxing.
Pull-up day occurred today.
Added a set of weighted pull-ups and chin-ups to the routine. More of a blowout set than anything else. Felt great, but trying to do a pull-up with 25 additional pounds is not very easy yet.
