So just turned 44. Probably the best shape of my life physically. My cardiovascular peak was probably in my late 30’s when I was cycling all the time but those days are long gone, thanks to osteoarthritis of the knees. So great 44th. Had to go to work and had an okay day at work for it being my birthday and then hit the gym.

30 wide grip pull-ups
30 narrow grip chin-ups
30 weighted straight arm pull downs
30 weighted wide grip lat pull downs
30 reverse flys
10 minutes of handstands
400 crunches
30 Dragon flags

Actually managed to flip over on a dragon flag, luckily nobody seemed to notice, but it made me laugh hysterically.
