shrimpsalad40 medium shrimp (cooked and shelled)
4 cups of spinach
2 cups of bok toy
1 cucumber sliced
1 cup of slice carrots

Advocado Dressing

2 ripe avocados
Juice from 1 lemon
1 clove garlic
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup of water
Puree all ingredients in a blender. Add additional water if you would like a thinner dressing.

Fat = 9.1 g
Carbs = 11.5 g
Protein= 18.2 g
