What to do with left over London Broil? Make steak and eggs for breakfast of course.

Recipe:
3 large eggs
1/4 yellow onion chopped
1/2 hatch green chili (or jalapeño/habanero)
2 oz leftover steak
Sprinkle of shredded cheddar

Sautee onions and peppers until the onions are translucent. Cut 2 oz of steak into bite size pieces and reheat with onions and peppers. Add 3 eggs and scramble in pan.
