Wide push-ups plus 40lb x10 (3 sets)
Crunches plus 20lb x20 (3 sets)
Decline push-ups plus 40lbs x10 (3 sets)
Crunches plus 20lb x20 (3 sets)

foodDinner: Mexicali Pork Chops – Serves 4

2 lb pork chops
15 oz black beans
8 oz diced green chilis
12 oz Picante sauce

Heat skillet and brown pork chops for 5 minutes on both sides. Mix together the black beans, green chilis and picante sauce and cover pork chops. Cover pan for 15 minutes. Real easy.
