Sans picture. Kind of kicking myself for forgetting to take a picture. This dishwas a “What can I make that is light but high in protein,” kind of a meal. And it turned out delicious.

1 lb peeled shrimp
1.5 pounds of Haddock fillets (cubed)
1 yellow onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 tbs red curry paste
4 cups of water
5 tbs miso paste

Serves 5

In a large skillet, sauté onions, garlic and basil over medium high heat, until the onions turn a light brown. Add four cups of water, red curry and miso paste and bring to a boil. Add Haddock and shrimp. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, than turn heat to low and simmer until ready to serve.
