Nice quick and easy dinner, and great for a leftover lunch…..hence the tupperware.

Serves 4

1.75lbs chicken breast cubed
1/2 yellow onion chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
2 garlic cloves chopped
1″ peeled ginger root
1 tsp chinese 5 spice
1 cups broccoli crowns
1 cup snow peas
1 cup broccoli slaw
1/2 cup soy sauce
raw carrots for garnish

In a large skillet sauté ginger, garlic, basil and onion until the onions are translucent. Add chicken for 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked through. Add chinese five spice, soy sauce and vegetables. Cover for 3 minutes, remove from heat and serve.
