This is my new favorite meal. And extremely easy to make. Have to give props to Red Velvet Snow blog for the complimentary side dish: Avocado Tuna Salad.

basilchicken4 chicken breast
3 limes juiced
3tbs worcestershire
3tbs soy sauce
3 minced garlic cloves
1 cup chopped basil

Preheat oven to 325. With a knife or fork puncture the chicken breast. Place chicken breast in pyrex dish, mix remaining ingredients and poor over chicken. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour.
