Today’s work out – mostly push-ups.

20 deep push-ups x2 (on dumbbells going past your hands)
10 planche push-ups x2

30 ab exercise between each set

So 640 total push-ups, equal amount of ab work, with some weight work, took me 90 minutes to complete. Middle section was suppose to be x3, but was completely spent after the second round. Made working with the weights very interesting, I should feel it tomorrow.
