1 medium tomato

1 egg scrambled

Dash of pepper and salt

Cheese if desired.

Cut the top of the tomato off and scoop out the inside of the tomatoe. Fill tomato with the scrambled egg. Place tomato in muffin tin so it is stable. Preheat oven to 425 and cook for 25 minutes.
