This is not a 14 minute workout that is going to make you shredded, this is my morning dose. I will be at the gym tonight for 90 minutes doing a full workout that involves 600 more push-ups.

Wake up and knock it out. Do it for time, see whats up and how your body can handle the stress. The first time I did this workout I was resting 30 seconds between exercises and 90 seconds between sets which ended up being around a 25 minute workout. Todays goal was speed, so the rest intervals were cut in half. Towards the end that 15 seconds doesn’t seem very long.

So this is a little confusing. Workout consists of 3 sets of 10 except for the the clap pushups which are 3 x 5 and incline which are 3 x 15.
