Last year my goal was to get back to high school weight. Not really an easy task for a 44 year old, but through watching my diet and exercising regularly I achieved it. This year the goal is a little bit different. This year I want to put the weight back on in muscle. Definitely will not put on 30 lbs of muscle, but 10 would be nice.
