Simple protein packed recipe :: Serves 4

1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite size chunks
2 Tbs Garlic
1/2 Cup chopped basil
1/4 Cup sliced scallions
4 Fresh squeezed limes
3 Tbs Fish sauce
3 Tbs Brown Sugar
1 Pack Edamame and Mung Bean Fettuccini

Heat skillet to medium high and add chicken, scallions, garlic and basil. While chicken is cooking bring 8 cups of water to a boil and cook noodles for 8 minutes. Squeeze limes into a bowl, add fish sauce and brown sugar and mix thoroughly. When chicken is cooked through turn off burner, add noodles and lime juice sauce and mix thoroughly before serving.

Top with peanuts and bean sprouts if desired.
