img_0731Alright… it’s weigh in Wednesday. Every wednesday will be an update on goals and stats. Figure it will keep me honest, motivated and a good visual diary of when I succeed and when I fail.

So background, 1 year ago, I weighed in at almost 200 pounds, with 22% Body Fat.

Today’s weight: 168
Current Body Fat: 12%

Goal: 8% Body Fat

Why? Why Not.

Actually, the core strength is giving me a pain free back and the lower weight helps my severely abused knees.
