 Asian Ground Turkey with Brown Rice

Pretty simple recipe and packs 30 grams of protein.

1 lb Ground Turkey
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbs Basil Paste
1 Tbs Chinese 5 spice
2 Tbs Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Ground cayenne pepper
1 cup brown rice (uncooked)


In large skillet brown ground turkey with the garlic and basil. When turkey is cooked add 1 2/3 cups water, soy sauce, spices and rice. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low for 50 minutes.
