Lunges (each leg) X 10
Triangle Push-ups X 15


Evening Session :: 2 reps of each

Dips + 60lbs X 15
Diamond Push-up X 15 weighted 20lb
Regular Push-up X 15 weighted 20lb
Wide Push-up X 15 weighted 20lb
Decline Diamond Push-up X 15
Decline Regular Push-up X 15
Decline Wide Push-up X 15
Incline Diamond Push-up X 15
Incline Regular Push-up X 15
Incline Wide Push-up X 15

3 reps of each
Low Cable Cross X 10
Mid Cable Cross X 10
High Cable Cross X 10
