Believe it or not did not do a single push-up tonight. Just did heavy weight combined with burnout sets.


Dips + 70lbs 3 X 10
Dips 3 X failure
Dumb-bell bench press + 70lbs 3 X 10
Dumb-bell bench press + 45lbs 3 X failure
Dumb-bell Flys + 40lbs 3 X 10
Dumb-bell Flys + 20lbs 3 X Failure


Cable Flys:

Low (half of max) 3 X failure
Mid  (half of max) 3 X failure
High (half of max) 3 X failure


Completely fried.
