Still snowing here. Streets are a disaster, probably drivable, but 99% of the people here can not drive in rain let alone snow, so not worth venturing out. So take a Mad Barz workout and kick it up a notch and you have a pretty good workout.

This workout is a 5 set workout, with 15 reps per position, except for the pushup claps which was at 10 and incline which was at 20. 20 seconds between exercises and 2 minutes between sets, so you have time to do 40 leg lifts.
