Serves: 4

8 Cups sliced brussel sprouts
1/2 Chopped yellow onion
1 Tbs crushed garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbs olive oil
4 Tbs Greek yogurt with Dill (to taste)

2 8oz Salmon steaks

Heat oven to 350 degrees, salt and pepper salmon and cook for 15 minutes. While salmon is cooking heat large skillet, add olive oil, garlic, onions and brussel sprouts and sauté until onions begin to brown.

Serving Size: 4oz Salmon with 1 Tbs Greek Yogurt/2 cups brussel sprouts
