Did a very simple Mad Barz routine this morning. Back is still giving me fits, a lot better than it was but not a 100% yet and need to keep it going in the right direction versus being back on the couch for several days.


4 sets

10 push-ups
20 squats
20 chair triceps
10 lunges (each leg)
10 triangle push-ups


 

Told you it was easy.

Missing the burn.
