So going to see a show with my wife so will not have an opportunity to work out this evening. But she is my sweetie and my priority.

Did get in a good morning workout though.


Morning routine 4 sets of each:

Push-ups X 20
Squats X 20
Dips on Chair X 20
Lunges (each leg) X 10
Triangle Push-ups X 20
