Reverse Fly X 10 -115lbs
Sit-ups X 50
Australian Pull-ups X 10
Australian underhand Pull-ups X 10
One Arm Rows X 10 – 60lbs
Sit-ups X 50
Bent Over Rows X 10 – 80lbs
Straight Arm Shoulder Raises X 10 – 17.5lbs
Handstand Push-ups X 5
Reverse Cable Cross X 10 – 15lbs
Sit-ups X 50
