Okay so day 2 back in the gym from being sick for 8 days. Started back yesterday with circuits versus doing 3 sets of each individual exercise. I like switching it up, but I like the circuit workout a lot more. More of a pop pop pop, moving from one exercise to the next, versus doing a set, resting 30 seconds and than repeating 2 more times before doing the next exercise.

Chest Routine :: 3 circuits


Dips X 15
Push-up Trifecta (10 diamond, 10 reg, 10 wide)
30 Crunches
Decline Trifecta
30 Crunches
Incline Trifecta
30 Crunches
Cable Crosses Low X 15 :: 22.5lbs
Cable Crosses Med X 15 :: 25lbs
Cable Crosses High X 15 :: 27.5lbs
