So according to the scale at the gym, I have lost 3 lbs from last week. All muscle and gained 3% body fat……

Don’t really agree with that result at all. So from now on, i’m going by visual happiness versus what the grand piece of technology at the gym says. I will continue to track my weight though.

So todays weight: 167.6 lbs, down from 171.2 lbs from the following week.
