yeah, I said leg day. It’s almost been a year since I started this post and I have never posted a leg day. Well in reality it was a leg and bicep day, but mainly legs. Really an experiment to see what my knees do and do not like will no tomorrow.
20 minutes on the stair master
Squats 200lbs X 10 – 3 reps
Leg Extensions 130lbs X 10 – 3 reps
Hamstring Curls 50Lbs X 10 – 3 reps
Curls with 55lb bar:
3 X 10 narrow
3 X 10 reg
3 X 10 wide
Skull Crushers 50lbs X 10 – 3 reps
Don’t forget a stomach exercise between each set.
Pretty light day, hopefully it will not be that bad tomorrow.
