Todays weight = 166 lbs (-1.7 lbs from last week)

It’s weigh-in Wednesday and I know I’ve been delinquent on a couple of days worth of posts but seriously it was just more push-ups and pull-ups. Wife talked me into counting my macro nutrients versus calories. That started last Saturday. And it’s a little harder than just cutting your calories, and it is a lot of food. Currently my goals are 200g of protein, 187g carbs and 87g fat. Protein I’m good on, the carbs are a little harder, but I am not coming anywhere close to the 87g of fat. Need to eat more Salmon and avocado’s I guess.
