Calling it a rest day. Haven’t really taken a rest day in about two weeks. Last night I did one of the pull-up routines and I was really struggling through it. Long day at work, sore muscles from constantly being at the gym, cry me a river. But those are the worst days, the days when you just want to finish the rep your on, then go home. Leaving all the other reps behind, wasted, not done, dying in the ether. Than feeling guilty about it.

Those are days you need just a little bit more motivation, something or someone that motivates you to get through it. Mine is CJ Fletcher….he’s just a force.

Anyways, back to rest day.
