So this is what I’m doing tonight:
Last time I did it in 32:12, trying to beat that today with a time less than 30 minutes. The Dips really hung me up last time.
After that I will be doing:
Dumbbell Press 65lbs: 3×10
Cable Cross Low 25lbs: 3×10
Cable Cross Mid 25lbs: 3×10
Cable Cross High 27.5lbs: 3×10
With about 200 crunches thrown in the mix.
