Didn’t do much today. Spent several hours cooking chicken and steak and prepping meals for the week. Did get to the gym and managed to put in an hour.

Kind of a light day.


Stairmaster – 20 minutes
Barbell Curls – 55lbs (3×10)
Skull Crushers – 55lbs (3×10)
Overhead Cable Curls – 20lbs (3×10)
Tricep pull-downs – 60lbs (3×10)
Concentration Curls – 20lbs (3×10)
Dumbbell Curls – 25lbs (3×10)
Dumbbell Tricep Raises – 75lbs (3×10)
