Needed a new workout, so I found this one. It’s a chest work out with 8 sets of 8 reps, was pretty interesting.


Dumbbell press 60lbs
Dumbbell incline press 50lbs
Decline press 135lbs
Dumbbell fly’s 35lbs
Cable Cross low 25lbs
Cable Cross high 30lbs


Felt like a good workout…..will know tomorrow.
