I’ve been slacking. Just been feeling a bit run down, stressed out and old for the last couple of weeks. I need to get over it and move on and reevaluate what I’m doing. I’ve achieved a lot in the last year, no need to blow it now.

One thing I have realized is that I have been cheating on my push-ups. Being able to crank out several hundred push-ups during a workout is cool, not cool when you realize your form has been compromised in order to do it. I’m going back to sets of 10, which will put my total push-ups during a workout to roughly 270 push-ups per session versus the 650 I’ve been doing.

A set of 10 push-ups done correctly is more difficult than doing 30 incorrectly. So we will see.
