So, my leg day isn’t as intense as most leg days should be, have to watch the knees so I know I can walk in a couple of hours. Still enough to feel a good burn when you take it nice and slow.
3 sets of each:
Bulgarian squats x10 (each leg)
Crunches (feet barely off the floor) x30
Lunges x10 (each leg)
Mountain Climbers x30 sec
Plank x30 sec
This evening I will be hitting my back.
