so it has been a month since I started the 8×8 workouts, switching them out every other week with calisthenics. Weight on the left is my starting point, weight on the right as of today.

Dumbbell press 60lbs :: 70lbs
Dumbbell incline press 50lbs :: 55lbs
Decline press 135lbs :: 165lbs
Dumbbell fly’s 35lbs :: 45lbs
Cable Cross low 25lbs :: 20lbs
Cable Cross high 30lbs :: 20lbs


I believe the decline press has gone up so much, because of the single bar versus the other exercises using dumb bells.

Cable crosses went down because I am trying something different with them, basically holding the final flex for a three count before returning to the starting position.
