so been doing the 8×8 workouts for about 6 weeks now. so how have I progressed with these exercises.

Pull-ups (body weight) + 10lbs
Machine Row (120 lbs) 140lbs +20lbs
Straight Arm Pull Down (55 lbs) 70lbs +15lbs
Lat Pull Down (120 lbs) 140lbs +20lbs
Straight Arm Shoulder Raises (15 lbs) 17.5lbs
One Arm Rows (50 lbs) 70lbs +20lbs


not bad, not bad
