image1Trying to get past this lack of motivation and force myself to get up and go in the morning. So nothing like a good high intensity workout to wake you up. This is basically 4 sets of 10 for the pushups and squats, 30 second holds for everything else (I add reps when I can). no rest between exercises and 90 second rest between sets.
