So, I’ve been slacking. Slacking isn’t correct, I haven’t been doing shit. 2 weeks ago something popped in my neck while doing weighted pull-ups. Which lead to a major muscle spasm in the left shoulder. Which all in all, not a problem, have worked through those before, but then my left thumb and forefinger started to go numb. All pins and needles about twice an hour. so avoiding the orthopedic like the plague, I went to my chiropractor and he confirmed the herniated c-6 disc. He’s been working on it slowly, and it is getting better. No more stabbing pain in my left shoulder and the numbness only occurs a couple times a day. High hopes.

Starting back at the gym tonight for a very light workout, get these muscles activated again.
